FDA inspection outcomes
The classifications (NAI, VAI, OAI) FDA assigned after inspecting drug manufacturing sites. This counts how each inspection ended, not individual findings.
Classification mix
NAI means no objectionable conditions, VAI means objectionable conditions were found but voluntary correction was enough, and OAI means regulatory action was warranted (FDA's official classification).
Classification mix by year
Classification mix by country
Countries in order of inspection count. Korea is shown separately even when it falls outside the list.
Sites in Korea
Only FDA inspections of drug manufacturing sites in Korea. Years are by the date the inspection ended.
Quarterly trend by inspection date
The yearly table above uses the fiscal year (starting in October); this one uses the date the inspection actually ended. Each bar is the share of that quarter's inspections classified OAI — it varies with which inspections happened to fall in that quarter.
What was actually cited in inspections is a different unit of measure — see Trends. A specific company's history is in Company lookup.
