How much each area's share of the total changed between the two periods. Shares sum to 100% within each period, so a rise somewhere means a fall elsewhere. Areas with thin samples, where one or two cases swing the ratio, are left out.

Dates counted here are publication dates; only Health Canada inspections, whose source gives no publication date, use the inspection date instead.
