Dynamic Data / Dynamic Record
An electronic data format that lets the user interact with the record, for example by trending, reprocessing, or zooming.
Details
Dynamic data preserves the functionality and context needed for analysis and review, so where that matters it must be kept in its original state. Inspections cite dynamic raw data retained only as a static PDF, and reprocessing or query functions and audit trails lost during transfer. Check the original electronic files, access to the system, processing history and audit trails, and verification of archiving and migration.
